Crab cake ingredients-
2# picked lump crab meat
4 T whole grain mustard
1 cup bread crumbs
1 T crushed red peppers
Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
-Place picked crab meat (no shells), whole eggs, mustard, 1 cup bread crumbs , s&p and crushed red peppers in a bowl. Lightly mix everything together.
– make 4 ounce patties and place in a small bowl with seasoned bread crumbs.
– sauté crab cakes in vegetable oil until golden brown.
-serve with fresh lemon and sour cream/mustard/lemon sauce (1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup whole grain mustard and the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper)
