Honey Glazed Red Bliss Potatoes

My mother in law came up with an amazing potato dish-

 potatoes

Boil in salted water- red bliss potatoes until tender.

Approximately 3 potatoes per person

 

Remove potatoes from water and place in a pre-heated sauté pan with sweet butter. (about 1 oz of butter per person)

Sauté until brown,

Add Honey (about 1 oz per person)

Add cracked black pepper and sea salt to taste.

Finish with a dusting of crushed red chiles

These go great with any type of protein ~
